Afinety Cloud Platform Status
Monitoring - Symantec is releasing a major upgrade for our Symantec.cloud customers on July 21, 2016. Here’s a quick recap:

- You may have already noticed a “Restart” popup message on you local workstation. Users can simply restart when prompted, then resume work.
- This is an automatic upgrade by Symantec and Afinety has no control of the release date or the rate of release. In other words, it’s starting on July 21 and some users will receive the update tomorrow while others may not get it for a few days.
- IMPORTANT: Keep in mind, ACP Workspaces are “Servers." Starting tomorrow, users will be prompted to reboot their Workspace. As with local workstations, all they have to do is restart when prompted, then resume work.

Pardon our short notice. Symantec just informed us of the upgrade, but we are watching this closely.
